the market and help you take advantage of lower prices. We then present renewal choices
in a simple document that allows you to make like-for-like comparisons between suppliers.
As well as a simple renewal process, we assist clients with the day-to-day management
of multi-site utilities. We will give you access to a portal to view analysis of group and site
data. This saves your team from doing manual calculations and going through bills. Our
clients are also assigned a dedicated account manager who is on hand to help and will
remain their single point of contact throughout the process.

001 conducted an historic audit on a large multi-site organisation
which resulted in substantial recoveries of £197,018.
Solutions
To ensure the portfolio was effectively managed going forward,
001 were appointed to deliver the following services:
- Monthly validation of circa 900 electricity invoices.
- Monthly validation of circa 300 gas invoices.
- Managing all acquisitions with suppliers.
- Managing all disposals with suppliers.
- Facilitating meter connections, disconnections & changes.
- Managing roll out of AMR (Smart) meters.
Savings, recoveries and resolved issues:
The successful management of the services overseen by 001 resulted in
further savings to the organisation of £375,450 over a period of 3 years.
In addition, a water utilities spend review was conducted:
- Overview of all sites for potential savings: The negotiated
contract delivered savings of £26,647 per year. - Duplicate payments: We identified £8,214.48 of transactions
where the organisation had paid invoices twice. - Incorrect VAT Charges: We recovered £2,891.12 of incorrectly
charged VAT for the period examined.
